At Good 2 Great People, we help our customers maximise profits through people by  aligning their employees to customers.

Gerrit Hattingh has been delivering successful performance management systems since 2008, when he was part of a project team that received a corporate excellence award for the review of ESKOM’s Performance Management System. Also in that year, he designed the Performance Management system for MPACT (former Mondi Packaging South Africa) and remarkably the system is still in use today.

He was appointed General Manager of Cape Quick Packaging, where he implemented an inclusive performance recognition program for shop floor staff. Inspired by the positive impact of this system and his passion for uplifting shop floor employees, he started consulting in 2010.

His first customer Frank Giese, who successfully rolled out a Good 2 Great continuous performance management system for shop floor staff, and was so taken by the positive impact of the system on his business that they formed a business partnership.

In 2016, the company Good 2 Great People (Pty) Ltd was formed, and consists of a team of graduates who take the success of customers seriously. Our Head Office is in Welgemoed (Cape Town) with a regional office in Vereeniging (Johannesburg)
